Each of the main functions of the List View of the MOVUS Dashboard have been highlighted in the image below, labelled 1 to 20. Each of the functions is described below the snapshot of the Dashboard below.
1. Customer Logo
This is the region that will be occupied by your company logo which can be selected in the User Menu in the Organisations link under the Admin Tools subheading.
2. Equipment Condition Sliding Filter
The Condition Sliding Filter is useful to quickly see which of your equipment needs are in currently in each region of health as determined by the MOVUS AI. Click and drag the grey into the Yellow section to filter out healthy equipment in the Green section, leaving only the equipment currently in the Yellow and Red condition bands. Click on the X on the right side to remove any filters.
3. Toggle Notes
Clicking on the Toggle Notes button will adjust your Dashboard to display the notes about the equipment and installed FitMachine on the right-hand side. Toggling on will cause all entries in the Notes field of the Onboarding process to be displayed and constrict the other columns to suit.
4. The User Menu
In the User Menu you will find a range of different administrative and report generating functions that you can use to change your profile settings, customise your Dashboard and check the status of the installed FitMachines. The features visible and available for use will depend on whether you are a Partner Administrator, Administrator or a User. For more information see our articles on the functions in the User Menu.
5. The Filter Box
The Filter Box is the fastest method of finding a particular asset or FitMachine. Use the Filter Box to only view the health of the equipment at a site, sub-area or of a certain type of equipment (e.g. pumps, blowers). All fields entered during the onboarding process are included in the search terms including the notes section. Click on the X on the right side to return to an unfiltered view of the Dashboard.
6. Map View Button
Press the Map View button to change to the Map view. This view is useful for when your organisation has equipment installed across a number of sites.
7. List View Button
Press this button to change to the List View. This view is useful for quickly organising your equipment in order of your company priorities, for example, equipment with the worst health or those that are deteriorating the fastest.
8. List Order Toggle
If you click on the arrows next to each of the headings in the top row your equipment will be reordered depending on the field you’re looking to view. For example, if you toggle the order of the sub-area name column, the equipment will be rearranged first in alphabetical order and grouped by sub-area and in reverse-alphabetical order if toggled again. If you toggle by current temperature, your equipment will be arranged from lowest current temperature to highest and reverse if toggled again.
9. Status Health Indicator
The colour of the circle on the left side of the Dashboard is an indicator of the overall health of the equipment. The Status indicator is a combination of the Condition and Degradation of a piece of equipment and will change depending on the equipment health. The indicator will be coloured grey if the Dashboard has not received a sample from the FitMachine for 24 hours.
10. Condition Health Slider
The Condition Health Slider is a visual representation of where the current vibration and temperature data are located in relation to the data learned during calibration. As you can see in the Dashboard above, the first piece of equipment is operating within healthy boundaries but is currently running at slightly elevated temperature and / or level of vibration. The slider will be greyed out if the Dashboard has not received a sample from the FitMachine for 24 hours.
11. Degradation Health Slider
Like the Condition Slider, the Degradation Health Slider displays the current level of Degradation of a piece of equipment. The displayed assets are in good health and aren’t showing any signs of Degradation. The slider will be greyed out if the Dashboard has not received a sample from the FitMachine for 24 hours.
12. Current Vibration Level
The Current Vibration Level indicator is a two-part system where the raw data output from the most recent sample is displayed below a coloured circle. The circle will change colour depending on how the sample compares to the ISO 10816 Vibration Intensity standard for different equipment classes. The table below demonstrates the conditions for the colour changes in the vibration level of your equipment and can be found on the Detailed View page.
13. Current Equipment Temperature
Like the Vibration Level, the Current Equipment Temperature indicator displays the temperature of the equipment as per the most recent sample. The colour of the circle is dependent and the difference between the current temperature and the baseline temperature calculated during calibration. The colour dependency used by the MOVUS AI is shown below which can be found in the Detailed View page.
14. Equipment Utilisation
The Cog symbol represents the percentage of time in the last 4 weeks that the equipment has been running. For example, if your equipment has run for a total of 100 hours in the past 4 weeks (672 hours), the percentage utilisation will be approximately 15%.
15. Inferred Power Usage
The Lightning bolt symbol is a calculated value of the approximate energy consumption of the equipment throughout the last 4 weeks, measured in kWh’s. This is an inferred value that is calculated by the AI using the utilisation and the power rating of the equipment entered during Onboarding.
For example, if your equipment has run for a total of 100 hours in the last 4 weeks and is rated at 75 kW, it is assumed that the equipment has used 7500 kWh of power. We then multiply this by a factor of 0.8 as our data has shown us that this correction provides accuracy to within ±15%. Therefore it is inferred that the equipment has used 6000 kWh of power over the previous 4 week period.
Please note that this is only an estimate of power usage and real consumption will differ from this value depending on equipment health. This calculation is currently under review and will soon include compensation for variable speed drives (VSD) and actual RPM.
16. Machine Running Indicator
The fan on the right-hand side of the Dashboard is an indicator of whether your equipment is running, spinning, or not running, stationary. This condition is dependent on the Running Cut-off being properly set, to do so, see our article here.
17. Calibration Tracking Indicator
FitMachines that have only recently been installed will display a small box about the Condition and Degradation sliders detailing how far it has made it through the Calibration process. This will box will disappear at the end of the Calibration process. The Calibration process is also heavily dependent on the Running Cut-off.
18. Utilisation Unknown Padlock
If you do not enter a value for the Power Rating of the equipment you’re monitoring the MOVUS AI cannot calculate the Inferred power usage and will display a padlock.
19. Page Summary
The Page Summary will display the equipment that can be viewed on each page of the Dashboard.
20. MOVUS Support Widget
The Support Widget is a new addition to the MOVUS Dashboard and is the fastest way to search the support database for information on all aspects of the MOVUS wireless condition monitoring system. Click on the box to open up the search bar where you can enter keywords to find support articles and access the full support centre or send a message to MOVUS support staff. For more information see our articles on the MOVUS Support Platform and the Support Widget.
