In the User Menu of the Dashboard, under the Reports (PDF) subheading, it’s possible to receive a 24-hour or 7-day summary of the utilisation of the equipment in your fleet. The reports will display the monitored equipment separated by Site and Sub-area. Both reports will show a bar graph of equipment run times in green and will keep track of the number of starts during the reporting period.
The reports include yellow and red markers which point toward the times that alerts are issued. Alerts being sent at similar times each day can be used to adjust duty cycles to take load off a single asset and distribute it between multiple assets.
The Summaries will also keep track of the greatest temperature and vibration measurements throughout the period as an extra insight into the health of your equipment.
These reports are an excellent way of keeping track of the duty cycles of your fleet and make changes when desired and search for patterns in alert times.
