Following the recent update, in the bottom right hand corner of each of the pages on the Dashboard you'll find a small blue oval labelled Help. Clicking on the Oval will expand the open the Support Widget which you can use to search for keywords relating to the FitMachine, Gateway, Dashboard, the Onboarding App or Platform / API.
Enter a term into the search box and the widget will search through the articles posted on the MOVUS Support Website and present a list of the support articles that are most relevant to the searched term. You can then click on the article you need help with and widget will expand again to display a small-scale version of the support article. To see more options, click on the 'View More' button. To return to the search tab, press the arrow in the top left-hand corner of the widget or press the X in the top right corner to close the widget.
If you'd like to see the original article on the topic you're interested in, click on the 'View original article' button at the bottom of any article. This will open up a tab in your browser with the original support article on our Support Platform. From here you can browse our similar content and view all of our support articles.
At the bottom of the widget you can click on the "Leave us a message" button which will enable you to send a message to MOVUS Support staff. Send us a message if you need further support about a topic, would like to suggest a feature or have any other queries. Type in your message and leave your name and email address and MOVUS staff will reply endeavour to reply as soon as possible.
